I’m Mike Boerste, a Master Electrician with more than two decades in the electrical industry—from hands-on installation and troubleshooting to managing projects and supporting installation teams across the country.

A broader perspective.

My work has covered residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, as well as solar power and energy storage systems. At Tesla Energy, I moved from Senior Licensed Electrician into design, project management, and contractor development. Along the way, I helped build a national subcontractor network and oversaw installations totaling more than 15 megawatts of solar and 25 megawatt-hours of energy storage.

My background also includes serving as Director of Installations and Field Operations at COIL, a leading turnkey EV service provider in the United States. In that role, I oversaw engineering and planset development, contractor training, safety, installation quality, and coordination across project teams.
